Federal Legislative Victories

Our ministry helped pass The FDA Modernization Act 2.0, which removed the federal requirement to test new drugs on animals and permits animal-free testing alternatives. 

Our ministry helped pass the Freedom in the School Cafeterias and Lunches (FISCAL) Act (S. 222), which ended the “Cow’s Milk Mandate” in the School Lunch Program and allows schools to offer plant-based milk to all children and to require plant-based options for lactose-intolerant youth. 

Our ministry helped pass the Big Cat Public Safety Act, which prohibits the private ownership of big cats (lions, tigers, cheetahs, etc.) and forbids direct visitor contact with feline cubs at exhibitions (like zoos).

State Legislative Victories

Our ministry helped pass Act 92 of 2026, which prohibits the sale of cosmetics in the state of Pennsylvania that have been newly tested on animals. 

Our ministry helped pass Act 146 of 2024, which aims to protect companion animals in the state of Pennsylvania who are trapped in domestic violence situations.

Local Legislative Victories

Our ministry helped pass the McHenry County Rodeo Standards, which prohibit electric prods, horse tripping, and steer tailing within rodeo events in Unincorporated McHenry County, Illinois.

Our ministry helped pass the Pittsburgh Foie Gras Ban, which prohibits the sale of foie gras within the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

Our ministry helped pass the Brookline Foie Gras Ban, which prohibits the sale of foie gras within the city of Brookline, Massachusetts.

Our ministry helped pass the Portland Foie Gras Ban, which prohibits the sale of foie gras within the city of Portland, Oregon.
