Animals Exploited for Entertainment

Our ministry opposes industries/activities that involve hurting animals for amusement such as rodeo events (including bull-riding), circuses, marine parks, aquariums, zoos, horseracing, dog-racing, dog-sled racing, bullfighting, bull-running, cockfighting, dogfighting, and any similar activities because the Bible condemns hurting animals for entertainment. Also, our ministry opposes exhibiting, spectating, or any way supporting these industries/activities because participating in hurting animals for entertainment is a sin. 

Additionally, our ministry opposes amusement industries/activities that are either inherently or typically cruel to animals such as rodeo events (including bull-riding), circuses, marine parks, aquariums, zoos, horseracing, dog-racing, dog-sled racing, bullfighting, bull-running, cockfighting, dogfighting, and any similar activities because the Bible condemns animal cruelty. Also, our ministry opposes exhibiting, spectating, or any way supporting these industries/activities because participating in animal cruelty is a sin.

Animals Exploited for Fashion

Additionally, our ministry opposes industries, retail, purchase, and use of new fashion products that are generally linked to animal cruelty today, such as fur, leather, wool, angora, exotic skins, mohair, down feathers, cashmere, silk, shearling, and any similar materials because the Bible condemns animal cruelty.

Animals Exploited for Experimentation

Based upon the Bible’s condemnation of animal cruelty, The Back to Eden Principle, The New Earth Now Principle, The Anti-Death Principle, The Anti-Violence Principle, The Anti-Oppression Principle, Biblical Principles of Justice, and The New Covenant, our ministry opposes animal experimentation because it typically involves inflicting cruelty, death, violence, oppression, and injustice upon animals.

Animals Exploited for Food

Our ministry opposes foie gras and factory-farmed meat, dairy, and eggs (over 90% worldwide and around 99% in the United States) because of their association with animal cruelty, which the Bible condemns. Additionally, our ministry opposes the production, retail, purchasing, consumption, or any other form of support of these products because participating in animal cruelty is a sin.

Also, our ministry opposes the consumption of meat from unclean animals (such as pigs, rabbits, shellfish, catfish, horses, octopus, etc.) because the Bible declares that eating flesh from unclean animals (like pork, bacon, shrimp, lobster, scallops, clams, etc.) is a sin in the kosher laws of Leviticus 11:1–47 and Deuteronomy 14:1–21. Likewise, we oppose the production, sale, purchasing, or any other support of meat from unclean animals because the Bible condemns participating in the sin of others.

Our ministry idealistically opposes the production, sale, and consumption of all animal products, including meat, dairy, eggs, and honey, based on The Back to Eden Principle, The New Earth Now Principle, and The New Covenant. Additionally, our ministry opposes traditional meat production based on The Anti-Death Principle, The Anti-Violence Principle, The Anti-Oppression Principle, and Biblical Principles of Justice, because the industry inflicts death, violence, oppression, and injustice upon animals. Our ministry also opposes consuming meat from slaughtered, hunted, trapped, or fished animals based on its biblical connection with evil, Jesus’ warning, and its many biblical restrictions (which indicate that it is bad).
